Erika Fasselt (Ballet, Tap, Jazz)

 

Erika danced wth Impact Dance of Atlanta for 13 years. She has extensive experience in ballet, tap, lyrical, modern, contemporary, and ballroom dance. After graduating from Impact in 2012, Erika has continued her dance training at AABD, focusing on contemporary and modern dance styles as well as tap. 

 

She started teaching ballet from her home while still in high school, eventually teaching in a local home school co-op. Before coming to AABD to teach, she worked as a substitute teacher as well as an assistant teacher at Impact Dance. Erika has a certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education Basics and is working towards finishing the degree program in Early Childhood Care and Education at Chattahoochee Technical College.

 

Erika has grown up in a family of dancers. Aside from dance, she also enjoys coaching for a local home school soccer league. She has been coaching soccer for almost 8 years. Erika has also been a member of Lolek's Storytellers theatre group for the past 5 years, working backstage as well as onstage as an actor. She has been the assistant director for Lolek's for the past 3 years.
